​This parent-assisted class is an introduction to movement and dance through the use of music, games, and props. Students will learn introductory dance skills, work on their large motor skills and begin learning classroom etiquette through the help of both their parent and teacher. This class is perfect for the child who loves to move, dance and have fun! 

• Parent & Child are required to wear comfortable clothing that is easy to move in (no jeans)

• No special footwear is required, may wear bare feet, socks, or dance shoes (if you have them)

• We ask that parents please do not bring cell phones into class, the parent is there to participate with your dancer, thank you.

* 3 year olds who are still shy without mom are also welcome to join this class!

This class is an introduction to Acrobatics and Tumbling for your busy little one who loves to move! Students will work on their coordination, strength and flexibility in a positive environment with help from a qualified instructor. 

• Dancers must be fully potty trained and comfortable going into class alone (without a parent).

• Hair up in a ponytail, braid pulled away from the face.

• Children are required to wear comfortable, easy to move in clothing such as shorts, leggings, a tank top, or bodysuit (no jeans)

• No footwear is required, children must wear bare feet to class

** Students will not use any gymnastics apparatuses, this class will consist of floor mats for tumbling only 

This class is an introduction to dance and creative movement for our new little dancer! Children will learn basic dance steps, classroom etiquette, and practice socialization through cooperative movement games. Class attire should consist of the following:

• Dancers must be fully potty trained and comfortable going into class alone (without a parent).

• Hair up in a ponytail, braid or bun pulled away from the face.

• A bodysuit and tights (color & design of your choice)

• Pink leather ballet slippers are required

* BOYS can wear comfortable clothing (t-shirt and athletic shorts) and black ballet slippers.

This class is an introduction Jazz class for young dancers. Jazz is a fun and high energy style of dance! All classes will start with a warm-up and muscle stretch to develop and improve flexibility. Class consists of beginner jazz movements including barre technique, body isolations, traveling steps and learning a fun combo or short routine.

• Hair up in a ponytail, braid or bun away from the face and to not distract the dancer.

• Dancers are required to wear comfortable, easy to move in clothing such as shorts, leggings, a tank top, or bodysuit (no jeans)

• Black Jazz Oxford shoes are required for class 

This class is an introduction Hip Hop class for your groovy dancer! Hip Hop is an upbeat street style of dance integrated with energetic music from various genres. Dancers will work on hip hop style and technique as well as their rhythm, precision and freestyle to create movement using isolations, body flow and strength. Class will consist of warm-up, centre and traveling exercises and may involve elements of popping, breaking and house styles. 

• Hair up in a ponytail, braid or bun away from the face and to not distract the dancer.

• Dancers are required to wear comfortable, easy to move in clothing such as shorts, leggings, a tank top, or bodysuit (no jeans)

• Clean, indoor, non-marking runners are required for class
